All international orders (outside of France) may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and custom fees at the receiver's expense.
Orders are shipped from France as soon as possible, after order is placed and payment is received. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Shipping days will be announced.
It is possible that some articles requires a longer delivery delays due to slower production during the current pandemic.
We do offer shipping in the following destinations:
- France ( Free shipping over 100€ purchase)
- Europe (Free shipping over 200€ purchase)
- International (We do not yet offer free shipping)

We will not refund an item unless it is defective.
If the item you received is damaged, please send us an email that include pictures of the item (clearly showing the defect) within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
A team member will determine if you are eligible for an exchange by responding to your email with a return confirmation number.
Note that the item must be unworn with all original tags.
We are not responsible for return shipping cost or any duty fees.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the replacement item has been shipped.
The confirmation email for the exchange will inform you of the address where to send back you defective item.
For return, Once your item(s) have been returned you must allow 15 working days for your original payment method to be reimbursed. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation to the email address provided when checking out. Your bank may require extra time to process the refund onto your account.
